Exchange

The IMT operates an Exchange 2013 server that can be used by university working groups. To use it, an existing IMT user access with a directory for private data and a user agreement concluded with the workgroup is required. The IMT's Exchange service can be used with Outlook systems from version 2007 onwards.
The use of the Exchange service is subject to charge.
Before the Exchange service can be used productively, a workgroup must sign a user agreement with the IMT. This agreement defines the service for the individual workgroup. The agreement specifies the contact persons and the billing modalities for the service.

In order to get an impression of the service offered, up to two test accesses per working group can be created for a maximum of two months upon informal request. The test accesses can be used free of charge. A conversion into productive accounts is not possible.
